ACH (est. 1995) specialise in managing road traffic accident claims and recognise that our customers require the highest level of service and an effective solution to their problem. A road traffic accident, however insignificant, can be disruptive and time consuming.
We follow a protocol regulated by the Association of British Insurers (A.B.I.) known as the General Terms of Agreement (G.T.A.). This agreement was written specifically to ensure good practice between Credit Hire Organisations and Insurance Companies and to ensure the innocent motorist is treated fairly. ACH are approved by the A.B.I. at the highest level (Tier 1).
We are also approved and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (F.S.A.) and the Ministry of Justice and are members of The Credit Hire Organisation (C.H.O.).
